OptiClear sells optical product products where the packaging identifies them as such. They are non-prescription eyewear and are not intended to replace professional optometry advice. Nothing on the Site is medical advice.

Pricing & currency

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise. Promotions, bundle savings (for example, Save R150), and discounts are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Orders

When you place an order, you offer to purchase products subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases such as pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock limitations.

Intellectual property

Content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, and design) is owned by OptiClear or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Indemnity

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Courts in South Africa have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
